Truck Racers Game-introI’ve just played the newest online racing game from 101CarGames.com. The game is called Truck Racers and it comes with an interesting idea of truck racing on a circuit. The thing that I like the most is that the trucks are not where you are expecting to be: on a truck circuit.

One of my favorite racing car game online is Doodle Course 2. I really enjoy playing it when I want a brake from the routine and I want to evade for a little bit. I like it because is different. You have to drive a sketch car and this is funny.

Also, I really like  the game play. It is simple and different, the main objective is to race without jumping. A cool idea! You have to go racing over hills but not jumping? Yes, it seems that’s way to make a  good score. The game also respects the sketch idea, too. From the start to the end you are driving on a math sheet. Speaking about the game controls: that is the easiest, so far. To drive the small car you have to press or release one button: the RIGHT arrow. It can’t be more simple! The game is produced by mjkgames and you can find some more game signed mjkgames on mjkgames.newgrounds.com.

I’ve played the game on Free-CarGames.com, but you can find it on many different online car racing websites. Also if you want to try it you can find it below. Enjoy!

I’ve recently read an interesting article about Google+. It seems that they have over 20 millions users so far. Although Google just launched Google+ social network we already know that they have made an investment in Zynga. So, it will be crazy to not expect the social games. I am wandering if we will find any car racing games.

What I’ve discovered so far, by reading articles online, is that there is a help page that is related to games on Google+ and it seems that Google+ is just waiting for the right moment.

I think is clear that Google bought Zynga for a reason and we all know what they did on Facebook with their games. You can find an interesting article here about this issue or here about Google+ investment in Zynga.

So, I think is just a meter of when and if will be there car racing game too!

We all know a variety of web browsing and that this can be lots of fun and educative information, but also lots of negative and bad information; not to mention the worms and  the viruses that can attack your PC.  I’m going to present you my top 10 tips for feeling safe when your kid is playing online car racing games. In my opinion the next 10 tips are the most important things that will make me trust that a young boy will play safe online.

1.  Always choose the free game website together: you and your kid. Before you do that is not a bad idea to have a look and make a selection. As I said is good to pick together the site, but it will be the best to choose from racing car websites already chosen.
2. Bookmark the sites you like. This is quite an easy thing to do and even more, you can make a shortcut on your bookmark tool bar. Every browser have this option and is easy to use.
3. If you really like a site and your child is asking you every day to play the same game or game types you can make the website your home page. Also, if your child is a young boy is really easy to open his favorite free car racing game just clicking your browser from your desktop.
4. Be sure that your antivirus is turn on and is up to date. A virus is just a click away.
5. If you find an inappropriate site go to your browser option and block it, on the other hand if it is a nice one mark it as a trust site.
6. Don’t forget to install the soft required. Usually the soft is flash or java. By doing this you prevent pop-ups or reminders and your child is not clicking on other stuff or installing by mistake another soft.
7. Another important issue is your child posture and the distance between the monitor and your child’s eyes. The child should stay in a proper chair and with his back straight. Also the distance between the monitor and your child’s eyes should be at 25+ cm.
8. Be sure that all the cables are in order and your child is not going to fix the problem. We all know that boys always loved and always will love to fix/repair the problem.
9. Take care  of your kid’s eyes. Be sure that the light is appropriate, the sun is not orientated directly into the monitor nor from behind the monitor if it is a sunny day. Also, if is dark outside you should turn on the light.
10. Don’t forget to have fun! All about playing online car games is having fun and choosing good games for you and your child. From time to time spend some time playing with your child.
These are, in my opinion, the 10 tips I’ll apply and I think you should know. I can recommend you to try playing on: free-cargames.com, cartitans.com, 101cargames.com, hypercargames.com, all-cargames.com, truck-trick.com and many others. Enjoy your relaxing moment by letting your child play free car  racing games online!

One of the newest online car racing game is 3D LA Supercars produced by CarTitans. They are one of the top online car games portals. You can check their site here.

3D LA Supercars printscreenThe 3D LA Supercars is a car game dedicated for flash games players and websites. The game has a good 3D feeling and it is all about speed and racing. The game play is simple. You have to drive a race car across the levels without hitting too many obstacles and as few traffic cars as possible. You will find 4 different levels and for each level a different super-car. After each level, the money you got by avoiding obstacles can be used to make upgrades on your new car. The upgrades can improve your car’s acceleration, top speed or braking. Note that you can’t buy everything so you have to choose what suits your driving style best.

3D LA Supercars printscreenThe graphics are 3D and you see the whole car from behind. In my opinion is a good graphic for a 3D flash game. The cars have a nice design and you can see when you are steering right or left.

Although the game is a new release you can pay it online on different websites like:

3D LA Supercars on Free-CarGames.com

3D LA Supercars on 247gamesonline.com

The web is full of free online car games. One of the most popular category is Car Racing Games. This category has a long history and started in the early 1970s as an arcade game and has developed until know and it is still developing. If you had have to go to a special arcade game place and pay a coin-operated entertainment machine, know you can play lots of car racing games online. It is easier to open a browser and just find a game or to get your smart phone and just open the car game app you like.

One of the most appreciated characteristic of this type of game is that is relaxing and easy to play. Usually you just have to pic a game and drive to the finish line. It is a simple way to relax your mind and to become less tense; it helps even if you are a pack of nerves and just feel like driving away from everything. All you have to do is to pick your game and drive – you can go slow or very fast, crash cars, evade the police or just race on a random circuit.

Regarding the controls of the game it’s not a big issue. Usually racing car game online are played with the arrows from your keyboard, but some of them have other keys – for boost for instance. The idea is to race and control the gas (up arrow), brakes (down arrow) and direction (left/right arrow) and to cross the finish line first.

Browsing dedicated car game site, like Fee-CarGames.com, you’ll see different type of racing flash games: street racing, drag racing, drift racing, chase racing, speed racing and many other. The vehicles are usually different cars or bikes, but you can find also funny vehicles like a cartoon vegetables cars or super tuned cars.

The strategy of the game play will differ from game to game, so you can play checkpoint game, or you’ll have to get 1st from “X” laps, but the main purpose is still to finish 1st the race.

This kind of free online car games are also appropriate for kids, as almost all of the games are not too violent and is just bumping. Although is recommended to explain to your kid that it’s safe to drive that way only on the game and in real life it’s good to obey the rules – as the rules are for keeping you safe not to restrict your life.

One of the most appreciated platform is Xbox 360. I was curious about a top 10 Xbox 360 Car Racing Games, so I’ve browsed around to find a statistic that is trustful. I have found one on About.com.  According to Eric Qualls from About.com Guide top 10 Xbox 360 racing game are:

1. Forza Motorsport  – Microsoft

Forza 3 is the best racing game on the Xbox 360. Between the sheer numbers of cars and tracks, the great customization options, the amazing gameplay complete with tons of difficulty adjustments to ensure players of all skill levels can play, and the awesome sense of community online, Forza 3 is an exceptionally good racing game all around. This is as close to a perfect racing game as you’ll find on the Xbox 360.

2. Project Gotham Racing 4 – Microsoft

PGR4 takes everything that was great about previous entries in the series and improves it. It looks better, has a far better car list, has a better career mode, and just plain has more stuff to do. The gameplay is as sharp as ever as well. Project Gotham Racing 4 is a solid racing game that Xbox 360 owners will be proud to have in their collection.

3. Dirt 2 – Codemasters

Dirt 2 is the best offroad racing game of this gen so far. It takes everything that made the first Dirt good and polishes it even more to produce a bigger, better looking, better playing game that is a must buy for racing fans. The gameplay is a satisfying mix of arcade and sim that is surprisingly forgiving, so players of all skill levels will be able to pick it up and have fun. It also doesn’t hurt that it is one of the prettiest looking racing games yet.

4. Grid – Codemasters

Just like it revitalized the Colin McRae Rally series with DIRT, Codemasters has tweaked and tuned the Pro Race Driver series into GRID and turned an enjoyable but niche series into one of the best racers on the market. It straddles the line between simulation and arcade to produce a racer that rewards you for driving correctly, but also doesn’t penalize you if you want to break the wheels loose and throw the car around corners. GRID is just plain fun.

5. F1 2010 – Codemasters

Codemasters has been making awesome racing games for seemingly forever. TOCA Race Driver, DiRT, GRID, FUEL (hey, we liked it) – if a racing game comes from Codemasters there is usually reason to be excited about it. With these lofty expectations, we tore into Codies’ latest racer and first entry into Formula 1, F1 2010. And we were not disappointed. It is a little rough due to some glitches, but the presentation and core gameplay is everything we expected and more.

6.  Burnout Paradise – EA

EA and Criterion have finally delivered the first true next-gen Burnout, and the results are pretty impressive for the most part. The game maintains the blazingly fast racing, slick visuals, and bone shattering crashes of the past, but adds in a few new bells and whistles to keep the series fresh. Not all of the changes were for the better, however, but even with a few lackluster race modes, Burnout Paradise is still an excellent racing game overall that is worth a look.

7. Split/Second – Disney Interactive

Split/Second takes the best parts of kart racers, Burnout, and Project Gotham and mashes them into one game with fairly spectacular results. This is a game about blowing stuff up to not only crash your opponents, but dramatically alter the layout of the entire course. It isn’t particularly deep, but when everything clicks together it is amazingly satisfying and fun.

8. Midnight Club: Los Angeles – Rockstar

Midnight Club’s first appearance in the hi-def era has taken a long time to get here, but the wait has certainly been worth it. Midnight Club: Los Angeles delivers a near photo realistic L.A. for you to tear around in at breakneck speeds. The racing is fun. The graphics are gorgeous. And there is a ton of stuff to do. The difficulty level may present a few roadblocks, but for race fans Midnight Club: L.A. is worth a look.

9. Need for Speed: Most wanted

Need for Speed Most Wanted is literally the best of all of the Need for Speed worlds. It combines the great car customization and open world of Underground with the police chases of Hot Pursuit and the solid racing gameplay that the entire series has been known for. Whether on the Xbox or Xbox 360, Need for Speed Most Wanted is a must play for race fans.

10. Blur – Activision

Blur takes the best of developer Bizarre Creation’s Project Gotham Racing series and mashes it with Mario Kart. That means real cars and realistic tracks paired with power sliding and power-ups. And it works amazingly well. Blur is fast paced and fun, but also surprisingly accessible.. The single-player loses steam after a while, but take the game onto Xbox Live and race with up to 20 people and Blur becomes something truly special.

So, you can see here the top 10 car racing games for Xbox 360. If you want to see more reviews or compare prices for  the games you can see the article here.

I hope that this will help you play some racing game even that this car games are not online car racing games.

Is seems that the Big G is looking to hire a product manager “brand-new business” regarding gaming. It is known that google has in mind to develop his own online games. Google Chrome has got its game store since May 2010. The rumors about bringing social games to its own start to get a real shape.

According to gamespot.com a job listing can be seen on Google’s page. The position is product manager at Mountain View, CA headquarters and the main role is to “to drive Google’s gaming strategy”. It is a rare opportunity and I’m sure that the competition will be harder then you think. But still if you think you are up to it, you can see the details here.

According to the job description, the position will be a high strategic one, with duties like: “designing a great user experience and building out key partnerships.”  This mean relation with different developers, but also working a “team of gamers” and building gaming strategy.

The post it’s not strictly about car racing games, but I think that this can change a bit the online car racing games too due the competition. All this is  showing that Google is definitely going to get into the games business.
